Operation Rainbow

General Information
Description of ProgramOperation Rainbow provides a range of pre-employment support services to eligible Veterans and Veteran spouses to help them become self-sufficient through gainful employment. The purpose is to provide training and support services that will help participants obtain and retain jobs - fostering a positive return to civilian life after military service or serving as a military spouse. The overall goal of this program is to deliver quality and efficacious pre-employment services to 320 veterans and veteran spouses that meet the eligibility requirements.
