Description of Agency: |
HopeLink provides a wide range of programs and services with a focus on housing and family support programs. HopeLink's services are focused on the Henderson and southwest Las Vegas community, but, many programs are available to clients throughout Clark County. Low-income clients must reside in the following zip codes: 89005, 89011, 89012, 89014, 89015, 89044, 89052, 89074, 89122, 89123 & 89183. |

Mission: |
HopeLink's mission is to change lives by intervening with families to impact proverty and prevent homelessness. We do this by providing; assistance and tools for self-sufficiency, basic forms of assistance to sustain lives, emergency, transitional, and subsidized housing, case management services focusing on families, seniors, and individuals, with a goal of keeping families intact. |

Originally founded as HACA in 1991 and was officially incorporated as a Nevada non-profit corporation in 1994. Name changed to HopeLink in 2008. |
